If you attempt to log in on a desktop or laptop computer, you will be prompted to use your CAC. If you are on a mobile device, the issue may be that your device does not have an Okta FastPass enrollment or the existing enrollment is invalid. If you are logging in on a mobile device with a valid enrollment but still don't see the option, your browser may be caching a previous CAC login selection. I am attempting to log in via Okta FastPass on my mobile device. After I select Login with Okta FastPass, I receive a blank page. What should I do? TermDescription: This can occur for several reasons: Okta FastPass login is not supported in private or incognito browsing sessions. Make sure you are logging in on a standard browser tab. If you select Cancel when prompted to open the Okta Verify app, login will not complete successfully. Clear your browser’s cache and try logging in again.
