electronic Personnel Action Request (ePAR)
The electronic Personnel Action Request provides a standard Navy-wide format for authorized command representatives to assist Sailors in the submission of requests to their detailers. In MNP, Sailors initiate an ePAR and view status of their request while it is being reviewed by the Command Career Counselor (CCC) for command endorsement.
- Once the command has completed its review, the ePAR is electronically submitted to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) for appropriate action.
- After it has been submitted to MNCC, status of the ePAR is documented on the MyCase Status page.
- You may download a blank ePAR form for reference.
- Be sure to view the ePAR Tutorials for Sailors and Command Career Counselors.
