Drug Education For Youth (DEFY)

The DEFY Program empowers military youth to live drug-free lives and provides life skills to improve youth resiliency and strength.

DEFY’s purpose is to produce 9-12 year-olds with character, leadership, and confidence so they are equipped to engage in a positive, healthy lifestyle as drug-free citizens and have the necessary skills to be successful in their lives through coordinated community participation, commitment, and leadership.

If you encounter DEFY problems or would like to give general feedback to the program, contact the DEFY Program Administrator.

National Red Ribbon Week (23-31 Oct)

Since 1988, the acknowledgement of RED RIBBON WEEK stands as an opportunity for individuals to pledge towards a drug-free life. This is also an opportunity for many young adults and children to take a stand against drug misuse, be a role model, and set the standard for others to follow. Contact the DEFY program for more information.
