Request Pay, Personnel, Career Support

  • ePAR Initiate request for personnel actions including PRD change, HYT waiver, and Military Spouse co-location.
  • MNCC Chat Select the black circle with white speech bubble symbol in the bottom right corner of the page to initiate a MNCC Chat.
  • MyRecord Inquiry Navigate to MyRecord to submit a MNCC Inquiry for HR data correction assistance.
  • MNCC Service Request Email your questions to the MNCC Human Resources Service Center.
  • MNCC Service Request Status page View status for service requests submitted to MNCC, including ePARs, MyRecord requests, and general inquiries.
  • Sailor Landing Page Visit your Sailor Landing Page/MyCareer to view your HR data and career planning resources.

  • MNP Technical Request Submit system administration service requests, usage issues, or technical malfunctions to the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD).

  • New Homepage The last several releases have delivered continuous improvements to the portal’s navigation, usability and utility, all resulting from user feedback gathered from Sailor focus groups conducted in Navy Fleet Concentration Areas and from MNP’s various feedback channels. The redesigned homepage, coupled with the ever-popular Quick Links and “I want to…” options strategically placed throughout the portal, rapidly get users to valuable career information and resources.
  • PCS Dashboard Sailors with BUPERS Orders manage their Permanent Change of Station (PCS) from orders receipt, through household goods move, to in-processing by their new command.
