Request Pay, Personnel, Career Support

  • ePAR Initiate request for personnel actions including PRD change, HYT waiver, and Military Spouse co-location.
  • MNCC Chat Select the black circle with white speech bubble symbol in the bottom right corner of the page to initiate a MNCC Chat.
  • MyData (BETA) Visit MyData (BETA) to review your HR information. Submit a MNCC Service Request to report data discrepancies.
  • MNCC Service Request Email your questions to the MNCC Human Resources Service Center.
  • MNCC Service Request Status page View status for service requests submitted to MNCC, including ePARs, MyRecord requests, and general inquiries.
  • MyCareer View your Sailor human resources (HR) data and job aids that help you learn, plan, and act throughout your Navy career.
  • Sailor Homepage View your personalized Sailor homepage.

Request Technical Support

  • MNP Technical Request Submit system administration service requests, usage issues, or technical malfunctions to the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD).
  • NESD Website Visit the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) website for a 24/7 single point of entry to Information Technology (IT) help desks.

  • MNP Webmaster Email recommendations for improvement to the MNP Webmaster.
  • Page Feedback Select the orange circle with three vertical dots in the bottom right corner of the page, then select the yellow circle with a "thumbs up" icon to make page-specific recommendations.
  • User Survey Select the blue Feedback button to the right to answer a few short questions about your MNP experience.

View What's New in MNP

  • New Sailor Homepage Sailors logging in to MyNavy Portal will discover a personalized homepage providing rapid access to career management information and self-service tools. At the top of the page, all MNP users will find “Fleet & Portal Updates” with links to current Naval messages, Notices, and short snippets about new MNP features. Other resources include a list of “Important Quick Links” and “Important Dates”, a useful selection of “Quick Actions”, and the “Learn, Plan, Act” cards offering one-click access to high-value resources and references.
  • MyData MyData (BETA) introduces the first set of enhancements shaped by Sailor feedback. This release features a streamlined interface for easier navigation, with improved performance on mobile devices.
  • eLeave The new eLeave interface provides quick access to one of the Navy’s most common Human Resources (HR) tasks. Sailors can easily submit ordinary leave requests, track the status of pending requests, and view their leave balances. Those with a FastPass (CAC-free) MyNavy HR account can also use eLeave’s mobile-friendly features on their personal devices.
