The Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) Performance Mark Average (PMA) calculator is an estimation tool to calculate your unofficial RSCA PMA value for the FMS Calculator. Enter evaluation data points to produce the calculated RSCA PMA value.
To provide the data needed to calculate your RSCA PMA:
- Select MyRecord - Performance to access your Evaluation History under Performance Data > Fitness Report and Evaluation (you may be prompted to login to MNP).
- Populate the required fields below using all applicable Evaluation Records in the respective paygrade, including frocked, for the computation period announced in the associated advancement cycle NAVADMIN. NOTE: Do not use evaluations marked NOB in block 45.
- Refer to NAVADMIN 312/18 and BUPERSINST 1430.16G CH-1, Para. 308 for additional guidance on RSCA PMA and PMA.
- Visit the Navy Enlisted Advancement System (NEAS) for an alternative source to access the RSCA/PMA Calculator. Requires CAC login via NMCI VPN.
