- MyNavy Portal - New Sailor Homepage. Sailors logging in to MyNavy Portal will discover a personalized homepage that offers career information, important dates, and self-service tools, all within one click.
- Advancement Exam Profile Sheets. Enlisted Sailors will find their Advancement Exam Profile Sheets in MyNavy Portal MyData.
- CIWT Knowledge Port Mobile App. The Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) Knowledge Port mobile application provides on-demand Navy Information Warfare training manuals, handbooks, non-resident training courses, and other learning materials for Officer and Enlisted.
- NSIPS - Transition to Navy Identity Services. The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) is retiring the paper DD Form 2875 (System Authorization Access Request (SAAR)) and moving user access requests to Navy Identity Services (NIS). Initial cutover is scheduled for September 26, 2026.

MyNavy Portal provides a single point of entry to an integrated system of Navy human resource (HR) services, data, knowledge, and tools. The portal organizes information and resources by Career & Life Event (CLE) categories containing HR tasks completed throughout a Navy career

Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS)
The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System provides a centralized platform for managing Sailor pay, personnel and administrative transactions.
Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS)
NTMPS applications have migrated to the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE). Access to the Fleet Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) requires a government connection (DODIN). Sailors, including those at NATO, must establish a Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) connection to continue using FLTMPS in ADE. (Using Nautilus Virtual Desktop (NVD) is one way to access a DODIN connection.)
