Training, Education, Qualifications (TEQ)

The Training, Education, Qualifications Career & Life Event (CLE) is the gateway to the professional training and voluntary education resources Sailors need to be successful throughout their career. TEQ supports the goals of enhancing career flexibility with greater training and credentialing options for life-long learning in the Navy.
Schedule a language test and participate in the Defense Foreign Language Testing Program (DFLTP).
Login to Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CETARS) to access school schedules and make reservations. 
Use MilGears to build a comprehensive record that captures all the learning, experience, and related skills you’ve gained to support preparation for career advancement.
