Assignment, Leave, Travel (ALT)

The Assignment, Leave, Travel Career & Life Event (CLE) synergizes information, products and tools needed to guide and simplify execution of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders, reduce Sailor stress, and ensure Sailors and their families have a positive PCS experience.
Visit the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) to submit your request for leave.
Active Duty and Full Time Support (FTS) Sailors connect with other Sailors interested in exchanging duty billets with Sailors from commands in or near the same geographical area.
My Navy Assignment (MNA) allows Sailor's to view, apply and submit applications for desired billets online or via their Command Career Counselor.
My PCS enables Active and Reserve Sailors to view orders, checklists and create/submit travel vouchers.
