MyRecord

MyRecord contains the HR data previously displayed in your Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ), with additional data added as it becomes available.
  • Use the "SUBMIT INQUIRY" button on each MyRecord page to request data correction assistance from MNCC.
  • Use the "Personnel Records Review" tool to inventory your OMPF-My Record and NSIPS ESR. 
View and verify your Personnel Record on MyNavy Portal (requires login).

View and verify Electronic Service Record (ESR).

View and verify Joint Service Transcript (JST).
View and verify Individual Medical Readiness (IMR), Personnel Summary Record (PSR), and Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). Reservists should verify their Annual Retirement Point Record (ARPR).
View and verify Career Waypoints (C-WAY) data supporting your reenlistment, rating conversion, and transition between Active and Reserve. 
View and verify MyNavy Assignment (MNA) Sailor Info. Verifiy accuracy of data reviewed by command personnel and detailers. Also review My Resume, which provides a snapshot of your service record and highlights your professional skills, personal details, and experience.
